Narrative:
Takeoff was made while 3 flight attendants in aft of aircraft had not yet taken their seats. The flight attendant in charge after looking to the rear of the aircraft and apparently not seeing the flight attendants in the aisle, notified me and the copilot that the cabin was ready for takeoff. None of the flight attendants were injured.
