Narrative:

While flying the ILS to runway 09, tower was reporting winds of 090/15. We were having a little difficulty getting established on the approach (high and fast). At approximately 200 ft AGL tower reported a wind shift of 270 degrees 5 KTS. We touched down aircraft 1500 ft from threshold at V reference plus 15 KTS at 307000 pounds landing weight (308600 pounds is maximum). Smooth touchdown and rollout to end of 9974 ft runway. Brake temperatures were near 200 degrees centigrade. Brake fans were put on, taxi back and temperatures climbed in excess of 600 degrees centigrade. After aircraft was chocked (with parking brake off). We were notified by ground crew up to 6 of 8 total tires had deflated. Passenger had already deplaned. We suspect the winds were from 270 during approach and at touch down and must have been greater than 5 KTS. All indications on taxi in were normal and tower never indicated we had hot brakes or any other abnormality.

Title: NUMEROUS MAIN GEAR TIRES GO FLAT AFTER LNDG.

Narrative: WHILE FLYING THE ILS TO RWY 09, TWR WAS RPTING WINDS OF 090/15. WE WERE HAVING A LITTLE DIFFICULTY GETTING ESTABLISHED ON THE APCH (HIGH AND FAST). AT APPROX 200 FT AGL TWR RPTED A WIND SHIFT OF 270 DEGS 5 KTS. WE TOUCHED DOWN ACFT 1500 FT FROM THRESHOLD AT V REF PLUS 15 KTS AT 307000 LBS LNDG WT (308600 LBS IS MAX). SMOOTH TOUCHDOWN AND ROLLOUT TO END OF 9974 FT RWY. BRAKE TEMPS WERE NEAR 200 DEGS CENTIGRADE. BRAKE FANS WERE PUT ON, TAXI BACK AND TEMPS CLBED IN EXCESS OF 600 DEGS CENTIGRADE. AFTER ACFT WAS CHOCKED (WITH PARKING BRAKE OFF). WE WERE NOTIFIED BY GND CREW UP TO 6 OF 8 TOTAL TIRES HAD DEFLATED. PAX HAD ALREADY DEPLANED. WE SUSPECT THE WINDS WERE FROM 270 DURING APCH AND AT TOUCH DOWN AND MUST HAVE BEEN GREATER THAN 5 KTS. ALL INDICATIONS ON TAXI IN WERE NORMAL AND TWR NEVER INDICATED WE HAD HOT BRAKES OR ANY OTHER ABNORMALITY.
