Narrative:
Cleared for takeoff runway 4L with a left turn to 320 degrees. After takeoff and in the left turn tower instructed us to come back to runway heading and level at 2000 ft. Coincident with a TCASII alert was further instructed to come back left to 270 degrees and climb to 5000 ft. Conflict was an eastbound air carrier Y B747 on an east heading.
