Narrative:
Established cruise at FL330. Got a TCASII TA at 12 O'clock/2 NM. Followed immediately by a twice repeated RA and ADI guidance to descend. First officer disconnected 'B' autoplt and descended to FL32.5. Captain notified ATC on radio and was given confirmation of 'no traffic in the area.' advised ATC we were at FL32.5 and climbing back to FL330. No other comments to or from ATC.

Narrative: ESTABLISHED CRUISE AT FL330. GOT A TCASII TA AT 12 O'CLOCK/2 NM. FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY A TWICE REPEATED RA AND ADI GUIDANCE TO DSND. FO DISCONNECTED 'B' AUTOPLT AND DSNDED TO FL32.5. CAPT NOTIFIED ATC ON RADIO AND WAS GIVEN CONFIRMATION OF 'NO TFC IN THE AREA.' ADVISED ATC WE WERE AT FL32.5 AND CLBING BACK TO FL330. NO OTHER COMMENTS TO OR FROM ATC.
