Narrative:
I was cleared for the ILS runway 13R at bfi, and instructed to contact boeing tower at nolla. At nolla I changed frequencys and reported 'nolla inbound.' I then heard the following responses 1) cessna XXX you're olm ground, and 2) cessna XXX you're on rnt ground check your frequency. Sure enough I was on 121.6 not 120.6. I changed frequency and reported to bfi tower. I planned a VFR transition to rnt after the bfi ILS approach and had set rnt tower on the standby on the #2 communication. Bfi tower should have been set on the in use position on the #2 communication, with approach on the #1 communication. This is usually foolproof - this time it wasn't. Next time I'll double check for look-a-like frequency. If this had happened after rnt and olm towers had closed for the night it could have created a self inflicted lost communication situation.

Title: FREQ CHANGE WRONG - PLT PRESET THE WRONG FREQ IN HIS #2 RADIO AND WAS TEMPORARY OUT OF CONTACT UNTIL HE CORRECTED THE PROB.
Narrative: I WAS CLRED FOR THE ILS RWY 13R AT BFI, AND INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT BOEING TWR AT NOLLA. AT NOLLA I CHANGED FREQS AND RPTED 'NOLLA INBOUND.' I THEN HEARD THE FOLLOWING RESPONSES 1) CESSNA XXX YOU'RE OLM GND, AND 2) CESSNA XXX YOU'RE ON RNT GND CHK YOUR FREQ. SURE ENOUGH I WAS ON 121.6 NOT 120.6. I CHANGED FREQ AND RPTED TO BFI TWR. I PLANNED A VFR TRANSITION TO RNT AFTER THE BFI ILS APCH AND HAD SET RNT TWR ON THE STANDBY ON THE #2 COM. BFI TWR SHOULD HAVE BEEN SET ON THE IN USE POS ON THE #2 COM, WITH APCH ON THE #1 COM. THIS IS USUALLY FOOLPROOF - THIS TIME IT WASN'T. NEXT TIME I'LL DOUBLE CHK FOR LOOK-A-LIKE FREQ. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED AFTER RNT AND OLM TWRS HAD CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT IT COULD HAVE CREATED A SELF INFLICTED LOST COM SIT.
