Narrative:
The trip from hell! Blocked out and taxied out for laxx 2 departure and runway 25R at lax. On taxi out we lost all hydraulic quantity in right hydraulic system. Taxied back to gate. Captain is in a big rush and is yelling at ramp gate agents, mechanics, and ramp fueler. Tension is very high in relief first officer and myself. Maintenance found a bad sensor and released us to go! No loss in hydraulic quantity. Now, ground is saturated with the XA30 bank, so I couldn't get a taxi clearance as fast as captain wanted. He yelled at me to keep calling until I got through. I didn't want to step all over others, so I waited. So he started walking over everyone. Takeoff was capts and after we cleared palos verde point, we got direct to trm. Per SOP I installed trm into direct intercept and executed. As the captain put the autoplt on, he reached down and selected tnp intercept direct and executed (SOP violation). This would have started us across the runway 25L localizer if I had not hit heading select to the proper heading. This captain was type that tries to run the whole show. Coplts don't count and cockpit resource management does not exist. I got so upset that I lost my temper and yelled at the captain. The relief first officer was nearly floored by what happened. The captain and I did not speak to each other socially for 1 day. On the trip home we eased up, and things were better.
