Narrative:
I was being vectored for the ILS runway 8 at lancaster. The controller apologized for the late turn inbound, and cleared me for the approach. I was high, so to keep the plane from coming in too fast, I put the gear down. The approach went normal. At about 200 ft AGL I pulled the power back to idle. When I crossed the threshold and slowing to land I heard somebody say 'tell the baron his wheels are not down,' and I hit the runway approximately at the same time. I did not hear any gear horn when I brought back the power.
