Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB AIRLINE MAINT POLICY. DURING THE PREFLT THE FLC DISCOVERS THAT THE FLT CTL SYS AND ITS WARNING SYS HAVE BEEN DISENGAGED.
Narrative: DURING PREFLT, FLC NOTED THAT CTL DISENGAGED WAS ACTIVATED AND PUSHED BACK IN AND WARNING SYS WAS ALSO DISABLED.
