Narrative:
Flight X departed kmco northbound from runway 35. After level at 5000 ft and north of the VOR, departure instructed us to climb to 8000 ft and turn to a 270 degree heading. Passing 5500 ft the TCASII showed a sbound intruder aircraft at about 6000 ft. TA was followed by a RA and the aircraft was rolled out of the turn on a 300 degree heading and pushed over to return to 5000 ft. Highest altitude was 5800 ft as the climb was reversed, the intruder aircraft flew through class B airspace without contacting approach control. Flight continued to tpa uneventfully.

Title: RPTR EVADES CLASS B AIRSPACE INTRUDER.
Narrative: FLT X DEPARTED KMCO NBOUND FROM RWY 35. AFTER LEVEL AT 5000 FT AND N OF THE VOR, DEP INSTRUCTED US TO CLB TO 8000 FT AND TURN TO A 270 DEG HDG. PASSING 5500 FT THE TCASII SHOWED A SBOUND INTRUDER ACFT AT ABOUT 6000 FT. TA WAS FOLLOWED BY A RA AND THE ACFT WAS ROLLED OUT OF THE TURN ON A 300 DEG HDG AND PUSHED OVER TO RETURN TO 5000 FT. HIGHEST ALT WAS 5800 FT AS THE CLB WAS REVERSED, THE INTRUDER ACFT FLEW THROUGH CLASS B AIRSPACE WITHOUT CONTACTING APCH CTL. FLT CONTINUED TO TPA UNEVENTFULLY.
