Narrative:
The C205 called ready and I told him to hold short for landing traffic. The B737 was about 1/4 mi final. When I looked back the C205 was past the runway hold line almost to the runway edge. The B737 was too close for a go around, so I informed him the C205 was past the hold line. The B737 saw him and landed long.
