At approximately PM18Z on apr/xx/95 at iad, tower cleared us to land. After landing and during rollout, the flight deck crew noticed a commuter aircraft was still on the active runway, beginning to turn off at the end.

Title: ACR DC-10 FLC QUESTIONS THE LEGALITY OF ARR TFC SPACING WHILE PERFORMING A LNDG ON OCCUPIED RWY.
Narrative: AT APPROX PM18Z ON APR/XX/95 AT IAD, TWR CLRED US TO LAND. AFTER LNDG AND DURING ROLLOUT, THE FLT DECK CREW NOTICED A COMMUTER ACFT WAS STILL ON THE ACTIVE RWY, BEGINNING TO TURN OFF AT THE END.
