Narrative:
Statement of the incident at phx apr/xx/95, XA00, aircraft PA28 R200. I was receiving dual instruction in PA-28 by CFI. After the first touch-and-go we decided to make a full stop landing. I lowered gear on downwind and got 3 green lights. My instructor asked me again on base and I looked and had 3 green lights. On final my instructor asked and pointed at the lights and I had 3 green lights. The aircraft touched down and rolled away and then without warning, veered off the runway to the left on its belly. At no time during the flight was there any indication of gear problems.
