Narrative:
During flight at 33000 ft over grand cayman our TCASII system indicated traffic at 3 O'clock. We had a visual on the traffic and he was coming right at us. TCASII commanded a descent and we descended about 1500-2000 ft. The aircraft was air carrier Y flight, a 727, a 727 coming from mexico(?). Kingston was informed and questioned the air carrier Y flight about his reporting over the first kingston control point. He came within about 1 1/2 mi of our aircraft at the same altitude.
