Turned over to toronto center from ZOB 'cleared the profile descent runway 6L&right pearson proceed direct linng intersection.' at approximately 60 DME (yyz VOR) inbound from airco intersection, started descent to 10000 ft without using the FL180 - 12000 ft at the iston 39 442 DME arc. Clearance should include to bypass 12000 ft restr or not. Iston and abcio were not in flight plan route.
