Narrative:
Small aircraft X had been cleared for takeoff runway 14 from intersection alpha and readback the clearance. As I passed about 75 KTS, I noticed a gulfstream ii attempting to cross my runway at intersection bravo 6. The gulfstream pilot stopped his aircraft, but not before it had entered the runway surface. I quickly retracted the gear and climbed at vx.

Title: SMA X HAD NMAC DUE TO RWY INCURSION OF GULFSTREAM II. POSSIBLE SYS ERROR.
Narrative: SMA X HAD BEEN CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 14 FROM INTXN ALPHA AND READBACK THE CLRNC. AS I PASSED ABOUT 75 KTS, I NOTICED A GULFSTREAM II ATTEMPTING TO CROSS MY RWY AT INTXN BRAVO 6. THE GULFSTREAM PLT STOPPED HIS ACFT, BUT NOT BEFORE IT HAD ENTERED THE RWY SURFACE. I QUICKLY RETRACTED THE GEAR AND CLBED AT VX.
