Narrative:
I did my run up and magnetos checked out ok. Took off to the west towards vermont. It was very turbulent, flew around for about 40 mins. Coming back towards keane, down to pattern altitude I announced left downwind for runway 32, slowed down to gear extension speed, checked gas on tank with most gas, gear lever down, extend to 1/2 flaps and announced turning left base, still fast, more flaps. Turning final runway 32, full flaps, speed ok (turbulent) wind shifting about 290 degree left crosswind, better to land to left of centerline, everything looks good, trim more up, more correction to left, looks good. Touchdown, the belly scraped and the propeller hit the runway. The plane came to a stop to the right of centerline, the engine was still turning. I shut the engine off and removed the headset (noise canceling). The gear horn was on and the gear lever was down and the circuit breaker for the gear was popped. This incident could have been prevented if the gear horn could be connected to the headset. Noise canceling headsets work very well.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB -- GEAR UP LNDG -- THE PLT PUT THE GEAR LEVER DOWN, BUT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER OPENED AND THE PLT DID NOT HEAR THE WARNING HORN.
Narrative: I DID MY RUN UP AND MAGNETOS CHKED OUT OK. TOOK OFF TO THE W TOWARDS VERMONT. IT WAS VERY TURBULENT, FLEW AROUND FOR ABOUT 40 MINS. COMING BACK TOWARDS KEANE, DOWN TO PATTERN ALT I ANNOUNCED L DOWNWIND FOR RWY 32, SLOWED DOWN TO GEAR EXTENSION SPD, CHKED GAS ON TANK WITH MOST GAS, GEAR LEVER DOWN, EXTEND TO 1/2 FLAPS AND ANNOUNCED TURNING L BASE, STILL FAST, MORE FLAPS. TURNING FINAL RWY 32, FULL FLAPS, SPD OK (TURBULENT) WIND SHIFTING ABOUT 290 DEG L XWIND, BETTER TO LAND TO L OF CTRLINE, EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD, TRIM MORE UP, MORE CORRECTION TO L, LOOKS GOOD. TOUCHDOWN, THE BELLY SCRAPED AND THE PROP HIT THE RWY. THE PLANE CAME TO A STOP TO THE R OF CTRLINE, THE ENG WAS STILL TURNING. I SHUT THE ENG OFF AND REMOVED THE HEADSET (NOISE CANCELING).
