Narrative:
Early arrival to ewr from cle at XA30 EST. Had 30 mins to obtain next dispatch release and walked to next aircraft, began preflight checks. First officer had completed walk around. Premature push begun before alignment of IRS's complete. Required repos twice with long realignment due to ramp control desires to move aircraft. A malfunctioning master caution system plus ramp control interruption and ATC coordination for amended release times broke the taxi checklist and flaps were omitted. The checklist was not completed in entirety until on the runway an aural takeoff warning occurred. Cleared the runway and configured properly with complete rejected takeoff and taxi before takeoff checklists. Subsequent takeoff without further difficulty.
