Narrative:
This is the 3RD time that I have flown with this captain. He becomes very task saturated. If I had to comment, I would say he is one of the weakest pilots I have flown with. He falls behind the aircraft when things start to happen quickly. At this event, we were on a visual approach to atl. The approach control advised us to contact tower at 10 DME. They also called several traffic reports to us. The captain became obsessed with finding the traffic visually, even though we acquired them on TCASII. I had to ask for flaps and gear several times before he extended them. Upon touchdown I heard approach give someone a lower altitude over the radio. This is when I realized we had not contacted tower. If you were to say I should have been aware we had not been given landing clearance, you would be right. But after 2 days of a 1 man show, I was worn out. You could survey the coplts here and a majority would name this captain as a weak pilot. Supplemental information from acn 304812: could not communicate with tower between final approach fix and touchdown. I called the tower twice prior to touchdown and return xmissions were interfered with. After clearing runway 26R my copilot called the tower to ask 'did you hear us call you on final?' the tower said 'no, but that was no problem.' we had normal communication after that with ground.

Title: RWY TRANSGRESSION. NOT CLRED FOR LNDG. AN APPARENT CREW RESOURCE MGMNT PROB. FREQ CHANGE MISSED LATE.
Narrative: THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT I HAVE FLOWN WITH THIS CAPT. HE BECOMES VERY TASK SATURATED. IF I HAD TO COMMENT, I WOULD SAY HE IS ONE OF THE WEAKEST PLTS I HAVE FLOWN WITH. HE FALLS BEHIND THE ACFT WHEN THINGS START TO HAPPEN QUICKLY. AT THIS EVENT, WE WERE ON A VISUAL APCH TO ATL. THE APCH CTL ADVISED US TO CONTACT TWR AT 10 DME. THEY ALSO CALLED SEVERAL TFC RPTS TO US. THE CAPT BECAME OBSESSED WITH FINDING THE TFC VISUALLY, EVEN THOUGH WE ACQUIRED THEM ON TCASII. I HAD TO ASK FOR FLAPS AND GEAR SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE HE EXTENDED THEM. UPON TOUCHDOWN I HEARD APCH GIVE SOMEONE A LOWER ALT OVER THE RADIO. THIS IS WHEN I REALIZED WE HAD NOT CONTACTED TWR. IF YOU WERE TO SAY I SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE WE HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN LNDG CLRNC, YOU WOULD BE RIGHT. BUT AFTER 2 DAYS OF A 1 MAN SHOW, I WAS WORN OUT. YOU COULD SURVEY THE COPLTS HERE AND A MAJORITY WOULD NAME THIS CAPT AS A WEAK PLT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 304812: COULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH TWR BTWN FINAL APCH FIX AND TOUCHDOWN. I CALLED THE TWR TWICE PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN AND RETURN XMISSIONS WERE INTERFERED WITH. AFTER CLRING RWY 26R MY COPLT CALLED THE TWR TO ASK 'DID YOU HEAR US CALL YOU ON FINAL?' THE TWR SAID 'NO, BUT THAT WAS NO PROB.' WE HAD NORMAL COM AFTER THAT WITH GND.
