Medical emergency inbound sinca arrival VFR. Cleared direct visual for runway 9R. ATC gave us option for visual runway 27R in close approximately 5 mi. Accepted. Overshot runway 27R final due to close proximity of airport. Initiated go around. Vectored by tower back around for visual runway 27R. Landed, taxied. Emt's met aircraft at company ramp. Passenger taken to hospital. Emergency was declared inbound.
