Narrative:

During climb, first officer flying, cleared to 10000 ft. Altitude alert was missed as captain was explaining what he had just entered in INS, flew through 10000 ft, leveled at 10500 ft then descended to 10000 ft. No indication of other aircraft in our area by TCASII or ATC.
