Narrative:
I like receiving the as soon as possible safety debriefs via HI6 messages. If we don't review the safety problems of others, we are doomed to repeat them. The debriefs not only identify areas where a crew member may be deficient, but also provide positive reinforcement for those areas where a crew member has good habits.

Title: FLC RPT REGARDING POSITIVE NATURE OF FLC INCIDENTS AS RPTED BY ACR IN THEIR DEBRIEF RPTS.
Narrative: I LIKE RECEIVING THE ASAP SAFETY DEBRIEFS VIA HI6 MESSAGES. IF WE DON'T REVIEW THE SAFETY PROBS OF OTHERS, WE ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT THEM. THE DEBRIEFS NOT ONLY IDENT AREAS WHERE A CREW MEMBER MAY BE DEFICIENT, BUT ALSO PROVIDE POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT FOR THOSE AREAS WHERE A CREW MEMBER HAS GOOD HABITS.
