Narrative:
I was in the traffic pattern at amery airport practicing touch and goes, emergency lndgs and simulated flame outs. While doing a simulated flame out, which is started at 6500 ft over the airport, I entered the downwind portion and reported my position, on this particular pass I was using '0' flaps which resulted in an excessive rate of descent and higher than normal airspeed, I turned base and final. On base I heard another aircraft report downwind for the same runway, '18.' as I descended on final through approximately 200 ft I saw a C-150 lifting off runway 36 -- coming at me. I commenced a missed approach. I applied full power. My concern was that the (C-150) may start his left turn out of the pattern, and the other traffic on downwind for runway 18. I moved over to the left side of runway 18, over the grass and stayed down on the deck. The C-150 went by on my right. I couldn't find the other traffic, when I obtained sufficient speed I pulled up into a steep climb. I kept looking for the traffic on either side of me. I maintained my high rate of climb and when almost vertical I saw the C-150 indeed had turned left out of the pattern. I never found the other traffic. I basically did a high speed low approach to avoid both unseen targets. When I was at 4000-4500 ft I rolled the aircraft level and re-entered the pattern. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter pilot imports, sells and then trains buyer pilots on the L29D 2 seat trainer. Thus, on a training flight was practicing simulated flame out approachs. Winds were light and variable and the WX good. Reporter had not heard the c- 150 transmit his position, but, due to the winds, was not unusual that the C-150 was taking off on runway 36 when the reporter was landing on runway 18. Reporter did hear a cherokee aircraft enter the traffic pattern, so when executing a go around, he decided to stay low until clear of the pattern before climbing back up. Both of the other aircraft had departed the pattern. Reporter says that the vicinity of a high performance jet trainer probably affected their decision to depart.

Title: NMAC IN UNCTLED ARPT PATTERN.
Narrative: I WAS IN THE TFC PATTERN AT AMERY ARPT PRACTICING TOUCH AND GOES, EMER LNDGS AND SIMULATED FLAME OUTS. I MOVED OVER TO THE L SIDE OF RWY 18, OVER THE GRASS AND STAYED DOWN ON THE DECK. THE C-150 WENT BY ON MY R. I COULDN'T FIND THE OTHER TFC, WHEN I OBTAINED SUFFICIENT SPD I PULLED UP INTO A STEEP CLB. I KEPT LOOKING FOR THE TFC ON EITHER SIDE OF ME. I MAINTAINED MY HIGH RATE OF CLB AND WHEN ALMOST VERT I SAW THE C-150 INDEED HAD TURNED L OUT OF THE PATTERN. I NEVER FOUND THE OTHER TFC. I BASICALLY DID A HIGH SPD LOW APCH TO AVOID BOTH UNSEEN TARGETS. WHEN I WAS AT 4000-4500 FT I ROLLED THE ACFT LEVEL AND RE-ENTERED THE PATTERN. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: RPTR PLT IMPORTS, SELLS AND THEN TRAINS BUYER PLTS ON THE L29D 2 SEAT TRAINER. THUS, ON A TRAINING FLT WAS PRACTICING SIMULATED FLAME OUT APCHS. WINDS WERE LIGHT AND VARIABLE AND THE WX GOOD. RPTR HAD NOT HEARD THE C- 150 XMIT HIS POS, BUT, DUE TO THE WINDS, WAS NOT UNUSUAL THAT THE C-150 WAS TAKING OFF ON RWY 36 WHEN THE RPTR WAS LNDG ON RWY 18. RPTR DID HEAR A CHEROKEE ACFT ENTER THE TFC PATTERN, SO WHEN EXECUTING A GAR, HE DECIDED TO STAY LOW UNTIL CLR OF THE PATTERN BEFORE CLBING BACK UP. BOTH OF THE OTHER ACFT HAD DEPARTED THE PATTERN. RPTR SAYS THAT THE VICINITY OF A HIGH PERFORMANCE JET TRAINER PROBABLY AFFECTED THEIR DECISION TO DEPART.
