Narrative:
Taxi instructions were miscommunicated and no conflicts were involved. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter captain says that at dfw they have standard taxi clearance's and the pilot knows what to expect, whereas at ord, though they have coded taxi rtes, they will issue clearance rtes which are not standard. In this case ground control called flight crew and told them that they made an error, so both crew members submitted reports.
