Narrative:
Cleared from FL240 to cross hulen at 11000 ft. At approximately FL190 #1 flight attendant came into cockpit asking for gate connection and giving cockpit a cabin write-up. Managed to get distracted and forgot to reset altimeters to field setting -- 29.69 --. Leveled off at 11000 ft with setting still at 29.92. Approach asked what altitude we were at, we replied 11000 ft and noted the incorrectly set altimeter xchking between myself and first officer could have prevented this from occurring.

Narrative: CLRED FROM FL240 TO CROSS HULEN AT 11000 FT. AT APPROX FL190 #1 FLT ATTENDANT CAME INTO COCKPIT ASKING FOR GATE CONNECTION AND GIVING COCKPIT A CABIN WRITE-UP.
