Narrative:
Williamsport's official WX from NWS was jpt rs 0x51 M10 broken 15 overcast 1 1/2 fog 145/67/64/1009/996. ASOS reporting ipt TA 0x56 A02A M10 overcast 4 fog 138/66/63/1109/995. ASOS has been shown to be inaccurate and unreliable. They are still being installed and commissioned all across the united states. Had this happened after the tower closed a pilot would have been very surprised!
