Narrative:

Been going on for the last yr and half. Cover up when you can. The problem is we don't have enough full performance levels and the chief won't call in overtime. People are working times well over 2 hours, and when they don't, 1 hour 40 mins 15-20 min breaks then back for another hour and 50 mins etc. They do what they can to keep it under 2 hours. But working our level traffic continuously like that is absurd. Chief says no overtime so he can save money and get himself a bonus at the end of the yr. But now he retires. So many people call in sick from being exhausted from the day in day out working short handed. Which in turn makes us even work with less people. The people are exhausted and tired of being pushed like mules. But of course when holidays come around we have more people than we need. The regional personnel that are still assigned to our tower and our union president whom works monday- fridays. Well they all show up on all holidays to work and we don't need them.
