Narrative:

Descending into pns, approach called our attention to navajo traffic 1500 ft below us. We were level at 11000 ft when we received an RA to descend. We descended to 10000 ft, leveled, and told ATC of our RA so they would know why we had descended. As we leveled at 10000 ft, I saw a citation pass overhead at approximately 11500 ft. It was not a near miss, just a startling situation. I called pensacola TRACON upon landing. The person I spoke to said the controller did not advise us of the citation traffic because it was the drug enforcement agency chasing the navajo he had pointed out to us. The navajo was a drug runner.
