Narrative:
On approach into greensboro, nc, runway 5 ILS, we noticed that the hydraulic pump had railed on the right side shortly after the left side failed. We executed a missed approach, asked for vectors while we pumped the gear down. We declared an emergency for precaution and flew the ILS runway 5. We landed without incident. As we still had steering, we taxied slowly to the gate.
