Narrative:
Exited the runway and continued taxi toward the gate while first officer was attempting radio contact with ground control. I did not see a twin engine propeller plane taxiing on the inner taxiway and crossed in front of his taxi by approximately 100 yards. Need to stop at the outer taxiway, clear of runway, whenever communications are slow to establish.

Title: CAPT OF AN MLG FAILED TO STOP AFTER CLRING RWY BEFORE XING TXWY WITH ANOTHER ACFT TAXIING.
Narrative: EXITED THE RWY AND CONTINUED TAXI TOWARD THE GATE WHILE FO WAS ATTEMPTING RADIO CONTACT WITH GND CTL. I DID NOT SEE A TWIN ENG PROP PLANE TAXIING ON THE INNER TXWY AND CROSSED IN FRONT OF HIS TAXI BY APPROX 100 YARDS. NEED TO STOP AT THE OUTER TXWY, CLR OF RWY, WHENEVER COMS ARE SLOW TO ESTABLISH.
