Narrative:

Aircraft, anti-skid left main gear inoperative. Disconnected transducers for trouble-shooting. Found broken wire on l- hand inboard anti-skid lower wire harness. Jacked left main gear, removed inboard tire and disconnected torque links to gain access to harness at axle. To turn wrench, removed and replaced anti-skid lower harness, reinstalled tire, reconnected torque links, torque link bolt and safety bolt and castle nut. Anti-skid system operations checked good, aircraft was dispatched. I did not remember if I safetied castle nut on safety bolt on torque links. Called maintenance foreman in charlotte and then maintenance control in abcd. Aircraft was returned to charlotte airport in which I check safety bolt and found castle nut had backed off and safety bolt fell out. I requested aircraft to be grounded until new bolt was shipped from abcd, and next shift made aircraft airworthy and returned it to service.
