Narrative:
Under part 121 operating rules we are required to have a flight release made by a certified dispatcher. On our release the route filed was as follows, 'mdt har har 039 degree radial V6 empyr V6 nanci lga.' our clearance from clearance delivery was 'cleared to lga radar vectors to har 039 degree radial as filed, maintain 3000 ft, expect 10000 ft in 10 mins departure frequency 118.25 squawk xaxc. Twice along the route we were asked our destination. When we were southeast of sbj, ZNY controller asked us which way we were cleared. We told him and he disagreed he said we should have been going down V232 tykes instead of V6 to empyr. This may be a dispatch filing error or a system error. I noticed on this route a lot of times the controllers ask us our destination.

Title: DH8 FLC'S DISPATCH RELEASE RTE WAS DISCREPANT WITH ATC'S 'AS FILED' CLRNC.
Narrative: UNDER PART 121 OPERATING RULES WE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FLT RELEASE MADE BY A CERTIFIED DISPATCHER. ON OUR RELEASE THE RTE FILED WAS AS FOLLOWS, 'MDT HAR HAR 039 DEG RADIAL V6 EMPYR V6 NANCI LGA.' OUR CLRNC FROM CLRNC DELIVERY WAS 'CLRED TO LGA RADAR VECTORS TO HAR 039 DEG RADIAL AS FILED, MAINTAIN 3000 FT, EXPECT 10000 FT IN 10 MINS DEP FREQ 118.25 SQUAWK XAXC. TWICE ALONG THE RTE WE WERE ASKED OUR DEST. WHEN WE WERE SE OF SBJ, ZNY CTLR ASKED US WHICH WAY WE WERE CLRED. WE TOLD HIM AND HE DISAGREED HE SAID WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GOING DOWN V232 TYKES INSTEAD OF V6 TO EMPYR. THIS MAY BE A DISPATCH FILING ERROR OR A SYS ERROR. I NOTICED ON THIS RTE A LOT OF TIMES THE CTLRS ASK US OUR DEST.
