Narrative:
When cleared for an ILS approach we asked tower if GS was operational, they replied yes. Both cockpit navigation displays showed valid signal but when we followed GS we went below LOM altitude by 300 ft and tower gave us an MSAW warning. We executed GS out approach.

Narrative: WHEN CLRED FOR AN ILS APCH WE ASKED TWR IF GS WAS OPERATIONAL, THEY REPLIED YES. BOTH COCKPIT NAV DISPLAYS SHOWED VALID SIGNAL BUT WHEN WE FOLLOWED GS WE WENT BELOW LOM ALT BY 300 FT AND TWR GAVE US AN MSAW WARNING. WE EXECUTED GS OUT APCH.
