Narrative:
Landing from formation echelon with 3 second overhead break to take interval on base leg. First aircraft landed on left side of runway and I landed on right side. Wind had been given as 320 degrees, 5 KTS with landing on runway. As I touched down I noticed #1 aircraft to drift to his right toward centerline and I allowed my aircraft to drift to right to keep #1 in sight and allowed my aircraft to get too close to runway side and struck runway lights on right side with right flap. At this time the tower gave new wind information 210 degrees at 15 KTS, with the sudden wind change and trying to keep lead aircraft in sight I did not keep up with maintaining adequate runway direction. Normally the separation has always been more than enough but the unexpected wind shift while focusing on lead aircraft requires more spacing to preclude distrs during a most demanding part of the post landing procedure. I was #2 of a 5 plane at-6 formation. After our group was on ground, runway landing change was made to runway 19.

Title: PLT DRIFTS INTO RWY LIGHT. RWY EXCURSION.
Narrative: LNDG FROM FORMATION ECHELON WITH 3 SECOND OVERHEAD BREAK TO TAKE INTERVAL ON BASE LEG. FIRST ACFT LANDED ON L SIDE OF RWY AND I LANDED ON R SIDE. WIND HAD BEEN GIVEN AS 320 DEGS, 5 KTS WITH LNDG ON RWY. AS I TOUCHED DOWN I NOTICED #1 ACFT TO DRIFT TO HIS R TOWARD CTRLINE AND I ALLOWED MY ACFT TO DRIFT TO R TO KEEP #1 IN SIGHT AND ALLOWED MY ACFT TO GET TOO CLOSE TO RWY SIDE AND STRUCK RWY LIGHTS ON R SIDE WITH R FLAP. AT THIS TIME THE TWR GAVE NEW WIND INFO 210 DEGS AT 15 KTS, WITH THE SUDDEN WIND CHANGE AND TRYING TO KEEP LEAD ACFT IN SIGHT I DID NOT KEEP UP WITH MAINTAINING ADEQUATE RWY DIRECTION. NORMALLY THE SEPARATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN ENOUGH BUT THE UNEXPECTED WIND SHIFT WHILE FOCUSING ON LEAD ACFT REQUIRES MORE SPACING TO PRECLUDE DISTRS DURING A MOST DEMANDING PART OF THE POST LNDG PROC. I WAS #2 OF A 5 PLANE AT-6 FORMATION. AFTER OUR GROUP WAS ON GND, RWY LNDG CHANGE WAS MADE TO RWY 19.
