Narrative:
Flight for sheriff's office and its public service airplane. Aerial reconnaissance and search for bandit with gun. Located suspect in a train car (coal). Due to existing conditions and potential threat, I was requested to fly low over the train coal car and give support and technical information to the sheriff's office swat team. Suspect did surrender after firing 1 shot.

Title: LAW ENFORCEMENT ACFT LOITERS LOW ON TACTICAL MISSION ASSISTING LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Narrative: FLT FOR SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND ITS PUBLIC SVC AIRPLANE. AERIAL RECONNAISSANCE AND SEARCH FOR BANDIT WITH GUN. LOCATED SUSPECT IN A TRAIN CAR (COAL). DUE TO EXISTING CONDITIONS AND POTENTIAL THREAT, I WAS REQUESTED TO FLY LOW OVER THE TRAIN COAL CAR AND GIVE SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL INFO TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE SWAT TEAM. SUSPECT DID SURRENDER AFTER FIRING 1 SHOT.
