Alb tower said 'nosewheel appears to be trailing.' diverted to swf for a 11000 ft runway, had flight attendants prepare passenger for emergency landing, possible evacuate/evacuation. Flaps 25 degrees, landing was normal. Taxied to gate, deplaned passenger via airstairs.
