Narrative:
Inbound for landing at sheridan I used cpr AFSS for wind and altimeter data, then used CTAF at shr of 123.0 to broadcast my position and intentions to enter left base runway 32 for landing. I continued to advise traffic of my position and altitude as I continued my approach and landed. As I flared for landing I saw another aircraft enter the runway at the other end! This aircraft commenced his takeoff roll, coming right at me. I was too slow for go around so I braked hard and made my exit at the taxiway just as the other aircraft passed overhead. I was shocked by the near-miss and lack of proper radio procedure, but realized that this fellow must be on the wrong frequency. I changed my radio to 123.6, called, and sure enough, there he was, just as scared and shocked as I was. The pilot indicated that his 'current flight guide' specified 123.6 as CTAF at sheridan. This frequency has been decommissioned for at least 60 days.

Title: PLT OF A LT CHARTER ACFT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION AFTER LNDG, TO AVOID AN ACFT DEPARTING FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AT A NON TWR FIELD.
Narrative: INBOUND FOR LNDG AT SHERIDAN I USED CPR AFSS FOR WIND AND ALTIMETER DATA, THEN USED CTAF AT SHR OF 123.0 TO BROADCAST MY POS AND INTENTIONS TO ENTER L BASE RWY 32 FOR LNDG. I CONTINUED TO ADVISE TFC OF MY POS AND ALT AS I CONTINUED MY APCH AND LANDED. AS I FLARED FOR LNDG I SAW ANOTHER ACFT ENTER THE RWY AT THE OTHER END! THIS ACFT COMMENCED HIS TKOF ROLL, COMING RIGHT AT ME. I WAS TOO SLOW FOR GAR SO I BRAKED HARD AND MADE MY EXIT AT THE TXWY JUST AS THE OTHER ACFT PASSED OVERHEAD. I WAS SHOCKED BY THE NEAR-MISS AND LACK OF PROPER RADIO PROC, BUT REALIZED THAT THIS FELLOW MUST BE ON THE WRONG FREQ. I CHANGED MY RADIO TO 123.6, CALLED, AND SURE ENOUGH, THERE HE WAS, JUST AS SCARED AND SHOCKED AS I WAS. THE PLT INDICATED THAT HIS 'CURRENT FLT GUIDE' SPECIFIED 123.6 AS CTAF AT SHERIDAN. THIS FREQ HAS BEEN DECOMMISSIONED FOR AT LEAST 60 DAYS.
