Narrative:
We had begun our taxi after receiving an IFR and taxi clearance. Ground control requested we taxi to runway 29L at fresno. The captain was taxiing and I was performing the normal taxi before takeoff checklist. As we neared the end of runway 29L on the parallel taxiway, the captain called tower for the takeoff clearance. After 2 calls to tower, we were cleared for takeoff runway 29L. The captain read back 'cleared for takeoff runway 29L.' we turned the corner and made a normal takeoff. At approximately 200 ft AGL, tower advised to switch to departure and added, 'by the way, you were cleared off runway 29R, but that's ok.' we switched to departure and continued with a normal flight. Both the captain and I had heard cleared for takeoff runway 29L, this is the normal flow for traffic. We also noted that the tower controller was also running clearance delivery and ground control. In this case no conflict with other traffic, at this time of day, local traffic was very light and there was no landing or departing traffic.

Title: AN ACR LTT MAY HAVE TAKEN OFF ON THE WRONG RWY.
Narrative: WE HAD BEGUN OUR TAXI AFTER RECEIVING AN IFR AND TAXI CLRNC. GND CTL REQUESTED WE TAXI TO RWY 29L AT FRESNO. THE CAPT WAS TAXIING AND I WAS PERFORMING THE NORMAL TAXI BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST. AS WE NEARED THE END OF RWY 29L ON THE PARALLEL TXWY, THE CAPT CALLED TWR FOR THE TKOF CLRNC. AFTER 2 CALLS TO TWR, WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 29L. THE CAPT READ BACK 'CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 29L.' WE TURNED THE CORNER AND MADE A NORMAL TKOF. AT APPROX 200 FT AGL, TWR ADVISED TO SWITCH TO DEP AND ADDED, 'BY THE WAY, YOU WERE CLRED OFF RWY 29R, BUT THAT'S OK.' WE SWITCHED TO DEP AND CONTINUED WITH A NORMAL FLT. BOTH THE CAPT AND I HAD HEARD CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 29L, THIS IS THE NORMAL FLOW FOR TFC. WE ALSO NOTED THAT THE TWR CTLR WAS ALSO RUNNING CLRNC DELIVERY AND GND CTL. IN THIS CASE NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER TFC, AT THIS TIME OF DAY, LCL TFC WAS VERY LIGHT AND THERE WAS NO LNDG OR DEPARTING TFC.
