Narrative:
We were #3 for landing and both my student and I heard 'cleared to land.' the landing was normal. However I began to question whether we had actually been cleared to land. The tower did not question us, but I still had a doubt in my mind. I did not go around, due to an aircraft on upwind and on final, which I believe was close behind us. Again, there were no questions or comments from the tower.
