Narrative:
Flight aug/thu/95 sat-T23 fueled (top off) picked up passenger. Aug/fri/95 T23-ads, picked up passenger. Ads-txk, fueled (top off) 39 gallons, 18 gallons remaining. Txk-T23. Aug/sat/95 T23-sat. Departed T23 with 18 gallons (2 hours) fuel estimated. At 50 mins into flight, position checked and determined fuel stop required. Determined brady closest airport. Tuned in NDB. Approximately 8-10 mi from airport engine stop. Set up best glide. At 5 mi (approximately) engine restarted for 30- 60 seconds. Landed. No damage to aircraft or property. No injuries. Obtained fuel, landed llano for top off. Returned sat (1 hour) top off (9 gallons). Evidence of possible fuel leak. A&P mechanic investigating.
