Narrative:
Aircraft was in for starter change. Due to time element for replacement starter, shop towels (blue paper) were placed in starter mount for protection on engine. Over weekend in unsecured hangar, propeller was possibly turned pulling rags into accessory section. About 20 mins into local flight, engine lost oil pressure. Aircraft made safe emergency landing at double eagle ii airport. No damage to aircraft or injury to occupants. Rag pieces were found blocking oil strainer screen. Approximately 3 1/2 gal of oil were in engine.
