Narrative:
Maps/charts used at almost every position in the facility are grossly outdated. Overhead maps and charts throughout the tower and TRACON are outdated, some as far as 1993. This was brought to management's attention during a training course, yet they haven't done anything to bring them all up to date. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated he brought this to the attention of facility supervisor and it took about a month, but the facility is in the process of updating all facility binders and charts.

Title: OUTDATED FACILITY POS BINDERS ARE READY REF CHARTS.
Narrative: MAPS/CHARTS USED AT ALMOST EVERY POS IN THE FACILITY ARE GROSSLY OUTDATED. OVERHEAD MAPS AND CHARTS THROUGHOUT THE TWR AND TRACON ARE OUTDATED, SOME AS FAR AS 1993. THIS WAS BROUGHT TO MGMNT'S ATTN DURING A TRAINING COURSE, YET THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING TO BRING THEM ALL UP TO DATE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED HE BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTN OF FACILITY SUPVR AND IT TOOK ABOUT A MONTH, BUT THE FACILITY IS IN THE PROCESS OF UPDATING ALL FACILITY BINDERS AND CHARTS.
