Narrative:
We were cleared for takeoff and we taxied into position. As I advanced the throttles, the takeoff warning horn sounded. The throttles were immediately retarded as the captain coordinated with tower for our clearing the runway at the first available taxiway. Once clear of the runway, we checked all system connected to the takeoff warning horn and found everything to be in order. Takeoff clearance was received from tower and no problems were detected the second time.
