Narrative:

Started working on aug/fri/95 at late evening local time doing a training flight. Went to syr to ferry aircraft X back to alb because of a lightning strike. Thinking that it was still aug/fri/95, I missed the due date on the weight and balance sheet. This was a ferry flight with no passenger. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: since the pilot had been flying for many hours that day, doing training flts and the ferry flight, it was very late when he departed. The weight and balance due date was prior to midnight and he took off after midnight, thus it was outdated during the flight. However, it had already been completed, so was updated when the reporter landed at the home field.
