Narrative:
Approach cleared us to 10000 ft out of 11000 ft. They called traffic 1 O'clock at 9500 ft. At this time, it was cavu, and we spotted BE99 immediately. At 10500 ft TCASII went crazy. Although we had BE99 in sight, we complied with the RA.

Narrative: APCH CLRED US TO 10000 FT OUT OF 11000 FT. THEY CALLED TFC 1 O'CLOCK AT 9500 FT. AT THIS TIME, IT WAS CAVU, AND WE SPOTTED BE99 IMMEDIATELY. AT 10500 FT TCASII WENT CRAZY. ALTHOUGH WE HAD BE99 IN SIGHT, WE COMPLIED WITH THE RA.
