Narrative:
Cleared to descend into baton rouge to 11000 ft. First officer flying and set 10000 ft in for autoplt. Neither of us noticed, and he was under the impression we were cleared to 10000 ft. The controller asked us to verify altitude and we had just leveled at 10000 ft. Controller stated it was okay to maintain 10000 ft. No known conflicts. TCASII showed no one in area on 15 mi range.
