Narrative:

We were cleared ILS runway 16R at seatac with a sidestep to runway 16L. At approximately 6 NM we saw the runway and made the transition by 5 NM. At 900 ft AGL we had an RA command to climb, the target showed slightly left and 800 ft AGL. I followed the commands and was about to make the missed approach when the 'clear of conflict' command was given. I returned to the GS (VASI) and made a normal, as possible, landing. Seatac tower was not very concerned. The only comment was 'it happens all the time.' 'it was probably a little guy off of boeing.' I think the solution is obvious, light aircraft have no business anywhere near final approach for a major airport. There should be a procedure at boeing to keep them away.
