Narrative:
We were cleared ILS runway 16R at seatac with a sidestep to runway 16L. At approximately 6 NM we saw the runway and made the transition by 5 NM. At 900 ft AGL we had an RA command to climb, the target showed slightly left and 800 ft AGL. I followed the commands and was about to make the missed approach when the 'clear of conflict' command was given. I returned to the GS (VASI) and made a normal, as possible, landing. Seatac tower was not very concerned. The only comment was 'it happens all the time.' 'it was probably a little guy off of boeing.' I think the solution is obvious, light aircraft have no business anywhere near final approach for a major airport. There should be a procedure at boeing to keep them away.

Title: CAPT OF AN LGT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION DURING FINAL APCH IN RESPONSE TO A TCASII RA.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED ILS RWY 16R AT SEATAC WITH A SIDESTEP TO RWY 16L. AT APPROX 6 NM WE SAW THE RWY AND MADE THE TRANSITION BY 5 NM. AT 900 FT AGL WE HAD AN RA COMMAND TO CLB, THE TARGET SHOWED SLIGHTLY L AND 800 FT AGL. I FOLLOWED THE COMMANDS AND WAS ABOUT TO MAKE THE MISSED APCH WHEN THE 'CLR OF CONFLICT' COMMAND WAS GIVEN. I RETURNED TO THE GS (VASI) AND MADE A NORMAL, AS POSSIBLE, LNDG. SEATAC TWR WAS NOT VERY CONCERNED. THE ONLY COMMENT WAS 'IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.' 'IT WAS PROBABLY A LITTLE GUY OFF OF BOEING.' I THINK THE SOLUTION IS OBVIOUS, LIGHT ACFT HAVE NO BUSINESS ANYWHERE NEAR FINAL APCH FOR A MAJOR ARPT. THERE SHOULD BE A PROC AT BOEING TO KEEP THEM AWAY.
