Narrative:
At FL350 in level cruise over eck XA09Z on ZOB frequency 133.87. First officer was out of cockpit. Aircraft made an uncommanded climb. Autoplt was disengaged and climb was stopped. Aircraft reached 35300 ft. 2 seconds before the climb autothrottles commanded maximum cruise thrust, EPR indicator fault alert displayed. There were 2 other write-ups for the same malfunction in the last 2 days. Both on autoplt #2. ATC said there was no conflict and did notice the deviation. They said they were not going to take any action. Autoplt and autothrottles were written up.

Title: THE FLC DEVIATED 300 FT FROM ASSIGNED ALT.
Narrative: AT FL350 IN LEVEL CRUISE OVER ECK XA09Z ON ZOB FREQ 133.87. FO WAS OUT OF COCKPIT. ACFT MADE AN UNCOMMANDED CLB. AUTOPLT WAS DISENGAGED AND CLB WAS STOPPED. ACFT REACHED 35300 FT. 2 SECONDS BEFORE THE CLB AUTOTHROTTLES COMMANDED MAX CRUISE THRUST, EPR INDICATOR FAULT ALERT DISPLAYED. THERE WERE 2 OTHER WRITE-UPS FOR THE SAME MALFUNCTION IN THE LAST 2 DAYS. BOTH ON AUTOPLT #2. ATC SAID THERE WAS NO CONFLICT AND DID NOTICE THE DEV. THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY ACTION.
