Narrative:
While descending on final ILS runway 10 at sju, on GS, first officer was flying the aircraft. Target appeared inside inner ring of TCASII display at zero relative altitude ahead and slightly to our left. Glancing outside did not see him. We got an RA telling us to climb, which we did. I saw a small single engine high wing aircraft pass to our left and a little below us. We were about 6 mi out on final passing through about 2000 ft when we got the RA. I would guess we climbed about 300 ft or 400 ft before we got a clear of traffic call. I reported the RA to tower and he said he saw a target at 2100 ? Ft. WX was clear, good visibility and daylight. We continued approach and landed with no further incident. After landing I called sju tower on landline. Talked to the supervisor. Tower operator had stated the light aircraft was in a cluster of targets near isla grande and he didn't notice the altitude until I called him with the RA report. My guess is the aircraft was passed about a mi from us. No harm done except to add more gray to my hair.

Title: FLC TOOK EVASIVE ACTION IN RESPONSE TO A TCASII RA, WHILE ON FINAL APCH, IN CLASS C AIRSPACE.
Narrative: WHILE DSNDING ON FINAL ILS RWY 10 AT SJU, ON GS, FO WAS FLYING THE ACFT. TARGET APPEARED INSIDE INNER RING OF TCASII DISPLAY AT ZERO RELATIVE ALT AHEAD AND SLIGHTLY TO OUR L. GLANCING OUTSIDE DID NOT SEE HIM. WE GOT AN RA TELLING US TO CLB, WHICH WE DID. I SAW A SMALL SINGLE ENG HIGH WING ACFT PASS TO OUR L AND A LITTLE BELOW US. WE WERE ABOUT 6 MI OUT ON FINAL PASSING THROUGH ABOUT 2000 FT WHEN WE GOT THE RA. I WOULD GUESS WE CLBED ABOUT 300 FT OR 400 FT BEFORE WE GOT A CLR OF TFC CALL. I RPTED THE RA TO TWR AND HE SAID HE SAW A TARGET AT 2100 ? FT. WX WAS CLR, GOOD VISIBILITY AND DAYLIGHT. WE CONTINUED APCH AND LANDED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. AFTER LNDG I CALLED SJU TWR ON LANDLINE. TALKED TO THE SUPVR. TWR OPERATOR HAD STATED THE LIGHT ACFT WAS IN A CLUSTER OF TARGETS NEAR ISLA GRANDE AND HE DIDN'T NOTICE THE ALT UNTIL I CALLED HIM WITH THE RA RPT. MY GUESS IS THE ACFT WAS PASSED ABOUT A MI FROM US. NO HARM DONE EXCEPT TO ADD MORE GRAY TO MY HAIR.
