Narrative:

While executing the visual approach to runway 31 per the expressway visual, and while executing an abnormal checklist for flaps 0 degrees, the captain turned and flew an approach to runway 4. At the completion of the checklist, I queried the captain as to the runway of intended landing and he took corrective action.
