Narrative:

On descent into fci airport ZDC gave us a crossing restr of 10000 ft, 250 KT speed 30 mi west of fci. We made the restr but when we contacted richmond approach the controller gave us the local altimeter of 30.25. I went to set this and observed that we both had 29.92 still set in. It had been a 14 hour duty day and we were both tired. I think when the duty time starts to go past the 12 hour mark extra care should be used. I also think part 91 needs some kind of limitations.
